Anfa

Anfa is Casablanca's most exclusive residential district, stretching along the Atlantic coastline. This neighborhood has been the address of choice for Morocco's elite since the colonial era, with grand villas, manicured gardens, and tree-lined boulevards that evoke a sense of old-world luxury.

The district encompasses the iconic Anfa Place mall, the Royal Golf Club, and numerous diplomatic residences. The famous Corniche beach promenade runs along its western edge, offering stunning ocean views and upscale beach clubs.

Property prices in Anfa are among the highest in Morocco. Villas can exceed 20 million MAD, while luxury apartments in newer developments start from around 2 million MAD. The neighborhood is particularly popular with foreign investors, diplomats, and Moroccan business families.
