Dar Bouazza is a rapidly growing coastal suburb southwest of Casablanca, positioned between the city and the Atlantic Ocean. Once a quiet seaside village, the area has undergone massive transformation with new residential developments, gated communities, and commercial projects targeting middle-class families seeking affordable beachside living.

The coastline features rocky coves and sandy beaches popular with surfers and weekend visitors. Jack Beach and other surf spots draw enthusiasts year-round. Several large residential compounds like Jnane Californie and Lilia Park have established the area as a legitimate suburban alternative to central Casablanca.

Property prices are significantly lower than central neighborhoods while offering newer construction and proximity to the ocean. The main drawback is car dependency, as public transport is limited.
