Hivernage

Hivernage is Marrakech's most refined neighborhood, situated between the medina walls and Gueliz. This leafy district is home to many of the city's five-star hotels, upscale restaurants, and the Royal Theatre. Its wide palm-lined avenues create an atmosphere of calm luxury.

The neighborhood was originally developed as a winter resort area for European visitors. Today it maintains that resort-like quality with lush gardens, exclusive residences, and a quieter pace than surrounding areas.
