Hay Riad is Rabat's modern residential district, developed primarily from the 1990s onward as a planned neighborhood with wide avenues, green spaces, and modern infrastructure. It features the Mega Mall Rabat, numerous schools, parks, and growing restaurant offerings.

Property is predominantly modern apartments in well-designed buildings, along with some villa compounds. Prices are more accessible than Agdal while still offering high-quality living spaces.
