Martil

Martil is a coastal town northeast of Tetouan that has evolved from a fishing village into a growing residential destination. The Abdelmalek Essaadi University campus gives Martil a youthful energy beyond the summer beach season. The long sandy beach and corniche promenade are the main attractions.

Rental demand is dual: tourist families in summer and students during the academic year, providing a more balanced occupancy than purely seasonal resorts.

Property prices sit below Cabo Negro but above inland Tetouan. Regular grand taxis connect to Tetouan in about fifteen minutes.
