Iberia

Iberia is an established residential neighborhood in central Tangier that carries the imprint of Spain's historical presence. Located between Boulevard Mohammed V and the hillside toward Marshan, the neighborhood features Spanish colonial architecture with iron balconies, arched doorways, and decorative tilework.

The neighborhood is well-integrated into the daily commercial life of the city. Shops, bakeries, butchers, and fruit vendors line the main streets. Place de France and the Grand Socco are both accessible on foot.

Real estate consists primarily of apartments in buildings from three to six stories. Some retain original features like high ceilings and patterned cement tiles. Prices are moderate by Tangier standards.
